8:00am

  • Poached eggs (microwave) x2 and Smoked salmon on a toasted breakfast muffin
  • Instant coffee

10:30am

  • Date and coconut Protein ball with Banana Oat Muffin (all homemade)

12:30pm

  • Left over roast vegetables (pumpkin, cauliflower, broccoli, carrot) with lettuce, 5 bean mix (couple of tablespoons) with tuna or steak (left over meat)
  • Instant coffee

3:30-4pm

  • Toasted sandwich; ham, cheese and tomato
  • Chobani Yogurt (3 heaped tablespoon) with All bran (2 tablespoon) + saltannas

Before I leave for the ground 4:50pm

  • Date and coconut Protein ball

5:00-6:00pm

  • Pre game snacks: Peanut butter original rice cakes x2, Fruit (apple slices, half a banana)
  • Sipping Hydrolyte + Gatorade

GAME

Post game 8:30pm

  • Protein powder KB performance
  • Chicken Salad Wrap

9:30pm
