The Western Bulldogs have made two changes to the side ahead of their clash with the Melbourne Demons, this Saturday at Marvel Stadium.
In the first AFLW double-header match played on Marvel Stadium, the Dogs welcome back defender Nicole Callinan and Bonnie Toogood, while Deanna Berry and Emma Mackie have been omitted.
ROUND 5 AFLW MATCH INFORMATION
Western Bulldogs defender Tiarna Ernst said that the team are looking forward to pulling on the Captain Marvel guernsey before the match.
“I really like the guernsey, it’s really striking," Ersnt told westernbulldogs.com.au
“It’s a great initiative from Marvel to get on board the AFL Women’s competition and of course to celebrate the release of Captain Marvel.
“She’s the first ever Marvel Studios female superhero, it’s really exciting to be a part of that.”
The double-header kicks off at 4.40pm with Collingwood taking on the Kangaroos ahead of the Western Bulldogs vs. Melbourne game commencing at 7:10pm. Gates will open from 3:30pm.
