The Western Bulldogs’ eight new AFLW recruits have been presented with their new guernsey numbers for the 2019 season.
The Club’s first selection in the 2018 AFLW Draft, Eleanor Brown, will wear the number nine, previously worn by former number one pick Isabel Huntington, who will run out in the number four next season.
Basketballer Tessa Boyd will don the lowest number within the new group (number five) for her debut season with the Club.
Former Fremantle Docker Belinda Smith (number 12) and rookie Celine Moody (number 13) will be side-by-side in the locker room, while Irish recruit Aisling McCarthy will take on the number 15.
Forward Kate Bartlett will join the Bulldogs wearing the number 20, while Selena Karlson and Jessie Davies will take on numbers 26 and 29 respectively.
