Former Sydney Swan Patrick Veszpremi is also in line to play his first game in the red white and blue after being named in the Dogs' extended squad.
Cordy, 21, and Tutt, 20, have been selected by caretaker coach Paul Williams, who officially took over from Rodney Eade on Thursday, and will become the ninth and 10th players to debut for the club in 2011.
Cordy, a father-son recruit from 2008, will finally play an AFL game after two and a half seasons on the list where he encountered shoulder and back problems while working on his lean frame.
The emerging ruckman has played in defence for Williamstown at times this year in a bid to build confidence in his body, and has been named at centre half-back.
Tutt, a speedy midfielder from Canberra, came to the club in 2009 and has been in the selection mix for a few weeks. He has been named on the wing.
Veszpremi could finally get a chance in the seniors of his second AFL club after kicking three goals for the Seagulls on the weekend.
Ed Barlow and Jarrad Grant are the other two additions to the Dogs' squad.
Out of the squad comes Dale Morris (broken leg) while Ben Hudson - who gave away a controversial 50m penalty last week against Essendon for demonstrative behaviour towards an umpire - has been dropped.
With Will Minson not named, Dogs fans will get the opportunity to witness the team's future ruck division with Cordy, Jordan Roughead and Liam Jones to take on the big man duties.
Williams told Bulldogs TV on Thursday night Cordy would mainly play in defence, pinch hit in the ruck and could possibly spend time in attack.
He also said the coaches would decide if either Veszpremi or Grant would face the Power after Friday's training session.
The club announced Eade would not have his contract renewed on Wednesday, and after initially thinking he would see out the season, the experienced coach informed the Dogs on Thursday he would hand over the reins to Williams this week.
Williams will front the media for the first time as caretaker on Friday but has told the club's website he is looking forward to the challenge of coaching a senior side for the remaining games against Power, Hawthorn and Fremantle.
"Obviously over the last 24 hours, there's been a lot documented with what's happened here at the football club," he said.
"I'm really looking forward to working with all the staff, the players, and everyone involved with this great club, and I'm really excited with what is going to take place in the next three weeks."
The club has confirmed Adam Cooney won't play again this year owing to continuing problems with his knee.
Cooney is expected to undergo minor arthroscopic surgery next week.
He joins Morris, Brian Lake, Tom Williams and Brodie Moles as Bulldogs who won't play again in 2011.
