Best Players:

Scott Howard: Serviceable, Played on Byron Pickett who did not dominate

Brett Robinson: One of our better onballers, we were happy with him

Jacob Furfaro: Played a key role in our game plan, he’s a good player and was in our best

Timothy Sheringham: Pulled a hamstring in his first game which was unfortunate.

Ben Lavars: Played below what he is capable of

Andrew Erickson: Debuted with the seniors but was restricted a little bit as he had the flu. It was good to get him in the game. He will get better

Sam Wormald: Got better as the game went on, played on one of their better players

Jarrod Young: Didn't have a tagging role and played a reasonable game overall

Robert Castello: His work rate was good but he didn't get enough reward for his hard work

Dominic Gleeson: Played a similar game to Rob Cstello, we were happy with his game overall

Teghan Henderson: Was not one of his better performances and he will be looking to bounce back next week

Andrejs Everitt: We were fairly happy with his game as he continues to improve each week. He is very good at reading the play from the backline

Matthew Robbins: His first half was very impressive. He can be quite a damaging player for opposition players to match up on

Andrew Mcdougall: Took some good marks playing up forward

Wayde Skipper: Rucked really well (23 hitouts) and also had a few possessions playing around the ground

Travis Baird: We put him on the wing which gave us some flexibility. He finished with two goals overall

Jarrod Harbrow: We were very happy with his debut in the senior side. Gathered 17 possessions and kicked two goals

Gavin Hughes: Did well in his first senior match, finishing with 19 possessions

Cameron Faulkner: Put last week behind him and played a good game, gathering 26 possessions

Tom Williams: Played in the backline and was very good, providing the team with a lot of run and attack

Jordan Barham: Was our hardest working forward. He moved the ball quickly and took seven marks

Reserves
Steve Tiller: Played half back this week in order for his to develop that side of his game

Michael West: Played in the ruck again to develop another side to his game where he did well

Paul O’Shea: Played full back and performed well. He is the youngest player on the Bulldogs list so he will take time as he continues to develop

Mitch Hahn: Did what he needed to do as he got through the game well and gathered a bit of the ball
