Christmas Open Training Session
Saturday, 13th December
9am – 12pm
 
Come down to Whitten Oval on Saturday and watch the players go through their paces at pre-season training.
 
The morning's activities will include Woofer and Santa on site to meet all the young at heart supporters while a bouncy castle will keep them active.
 
For those who are yet to find the perfect gift for friends and family 2009 Bulldogs memberships will be available to purchase along with a variety of Bulldogs items at Bulldogs Central. Get your Bulldogs gear now for a full 2009 season!
 
Members of the playing group will be available to sign autographs at the end of their training session. 
 
Event Information
 
Enter the ground via Hocking street and walk through the new glass in-fill building to access the oval and seating.
 
Please note: You will not be able to enter from Cross or Gordon Streets.
 
Supporters will be able to view the open training session from the EJ Whitten Stand accessible via the Infill Building.
 
Due to the Whitten Oval redevelopment, parking onsite is extremely limited, travel to the ground using public transport is highly recommended. 
 
Using Public Transport:
By Train: From the CBD, take the Sydenham train and depart at West Footscray Station
By Bus: Melbourne Bus Link operate Routes 220 and 216, disembark at the corner of Gordon and
Barkly Streets. 
By Tram: From the CBD, catch the 57 West Maribyrnong Service. The 57 links in Maribyrnong Road with the 82 in which passes within a block of the ground.

Travelling by car:
On site event parking for this Open Training Session is extremely limited. 
 
Public parking is available in the West Footscray Train Station car park and surrounding areas. Normal parking restrictions apply within the residential streets surrounding Whitten Oval. Please consider our neighbours when arriving/departing the ground.
