Jake Stringer’s third quarter hanger in Saturday night’s 15-point win over the Adelaide Crows has earned him a round seven Woolworths AFL Mark of the Year nomination.

The explosive All Australian forward earned his first mark of the year nomination, to go with a goal of the year nomination from round five.

With Mitch Wallis launching a long ball high inside the Bulldogs' forward 50m, charged at the ball, launching himself over Crows defender Jake Lever.

Juggling the ball on the way down, Stringer was paid the mark, and went back and kicked his third goal of the game.

Also nominated in the round seven award were Hawthorn's Paul Puopolo and Collingwood's Darcy Moore.
