A little over a month ago, the Western Bulldogs advised Members and Fans that we will be placing a major focus on customer service in 2012 to make sure that our valued supporters are receiving the best assistance possible.
 
As a result we have decided to bring the Western Bulldogs Customer Service Centre back in-house so that Members and Fans receive the personalised and high quality service that you deserve.
 
We wish to advise all Members and Fans that this relocation will be taking place over the course of today, Thursday 3 November and tomorrow, Friday 4 November. 
 
We ask that all Members and Fans trying to contact Membership Services during this time to please be patient until we are fully operational on Monday 7 November.
