Captain Marcus Bontempelli has become the Club’s leading Brownlow Medal vote-getter of all-time.
Following his 19 votes in the 2024 count on Monday night, the 28-year-old has now tallied 188* votes across his 240-game career so far.
It sees him overtake previous leader and 1975 Medallist Gary Dempsey, who polled a total of 176 votes from 207 games.

From Bontempelli’s stellar 2024 campaign, which saw him named All Australian captain and claim a third Leigh Matthews Trophy, he polled four best-on-ground games in Rounds 12, 14, 16 and 21.
He finished second in the Clubhouse rankings to midfield teammate Adam Treloar, who polled a career-high 26 votes.
