Round 15 NAB Rising Star Michael Talia heads five Western Bulldogs players given recognition in the AFL Coaches’ Association voting this week.
The 20-year-old key defender made a statement in his 32 possession game on Saturday, earning him eight of a possible ten votes from those at the helm.
Fellow defender Dale Morris was next in line with four points from the AFL coaches, with the veteran showing he is still impenetrable in the back six.
Forward livewire Luke Dahlhaus was rewarded with three votes for his performance, collecting 22 disposals, five tackles, one major and a goal assist.
Ryan Griffen and Clay Smith were recognised with one vote apiece for playing a vital role in the Bulldogs four point defeat over the Giants.
