Some big names have already departed their clubs and the new 'future draft picks' rule has become a massive weapon for clubs searching for talent.

Crows sowing the seeds for Magpie move
Collingwood midfielder Paul Seedsman was thought to be weighing up his future with North Melbourne and Gold Coast, but Adelaide is now a big chance to snare him, according to the Herald Sun.
It is reporting that the Crows might offer the Pies a deal for Seedsman that will see them bolt to the front of the chasing pack.
As expected the Crows threw all their energy into getting Patrick Dangerfield to Geelong, but now that transaction has been dealt with, they've turned their attention to Seedsman.
The 23-year-old would give Adelaide great versatility and some dash off half-back or through the midfield, especially given Dangerfield's departure.
Seedsman has toured the Suns' facilities but it's believed the Crows might be willing to trump them and the Kangaroos to secure his services.
Meanwhile, The Age reports that Seedsman has narrowed hus choice to Adelaide or Gold Coast, and that he has met with new Crows coach Don Pyke.
Dons to go to Colledge?
Essendon is reportedly interested in West Coast's young midfielder Brant Colledge.
He is under contract, but last week told the club he was keen for a trade to boost his chances of senior selection.
The Age reports that Essendon has shown preliminary interest, but Colledge's request to seek a trade may be impacted by senior colleague Matt Rosa's intention to move.
Veteran midfielder and free agent Brent Stanton remains unsigned by Essendon, with West Coast having reportedly inquired about him, but new Bombers coach John Worsfold told Adelaide radio earlier this week he expects Stanton to sign a new deal soon.
High-flying Howe on Collingwood's radar
Collingwood has confirmed its strong interest in getting Melbourne swingman Jeremy Howe to the club.
As reported by AFL.com.au on Wednesday, Howe is likely to make a decision on his future in the next few days, with Collingwood his preferred destination ahead of Gold Coast and North Melbourne.
The Pies used the 'Trade Daily' segment on the club website to signal their intent to lure Howe to the Westpac Centre.
Howe is understood to be keen on the Magpies and there is a chance young Pie Ben Kennedy could make his way to the Demons if the two clubs are to negotiate a deal, but it's believed the Dees want more than just a straight swap for Howe.
No Giant deal for Dawson Simpson
Greater Western Sydney have not signed Geelong ruckman Dawson Simpson, despite reports in the Herald Sunthat the Cat had put pen to paper.
A GWS spokesman told AFL.com.au on Wednesday that while the club is interested in the big man and has spoken to Simpson, no deal has been offered or finalised for the unrestricted free agent.
Simpson has played just 28 games in six years with Geelong – including four last season – and looks to be well down the pecking order at the Cats behind Mitch Clark, Rhys Stanley and Nathan Vardy.
The Cats are also hoping to trade for Suns ruckman Zac Smith.
The Herald Sun had reported that the out-of-favour ruckman had signed with the Giants as a back up for 2014 club champion Shane Mumford.
Mumford missed the second half of last season after ankle surgery and GWS struggled to cover for the star, with Andrew Phillips, plus youngsters Rory Lobb and Tom Downie still developing.
