The Sons of the West men’s health program is back for 2017 and it will kick off with the Sons of the West Community Week on January 30.

In partnership with Watergardens Town Centre, Australia’s biggest men’s health program will be bringing a week of entertainment and fun to Melbourne’s West, beginning with a panel discussion and a screening of the Sons of the West documentary on day one.

The week is a great opportunity for both men and women to learn about ways to keep healthy and active, all while enjoying a range of free activities, events and exclusive retailer offers.

The festivities wrap up with a presentation from award winning chef and SOTW ambassador Shane Delia, and the chance to meet Western Bulldogs legend Doug Hawkins on Community Family Day on Saturday, 4 February.
