The Western Bulldogs have made just the one change ahead of this weekend’s trip to Cairns, with Easton Wood replacing the injured Jake Stringer.
Wood returns after missing last week’s 20-point win over Carlton through suspension, and will line up on a half-back-flank against Gold Coast on Saturday.
Travis Cloke, Lukas Webb and Tory Dickson been named as emergencies.
The Bulldogs have won their past three encounters with the Suns, all at Cazaly’s Stadium, but are yet to win on the road this season, a streak coach Luke Beveridge is keen to break.
“Our record away from Victoria has been pretty bad,” he told media earlier in the week.
“As you know, we’ve won two at the ‘G’ and a few at Etihad and nowhere else, so we’ll be doing everything we can to have a win away from home.”
The Bulldogs take on Gold Coast in a twilight fixture this Saturday. Click here for ticketing and broadcast information.
