Footscray will be looking to secure their place in the top four of the ladder when they face Essendon on Saturday afternoon in the second to last round of the VFL season.
The Dogs are currently fourth, equal on points with Casey in fifth place, and two points behind third-placed Port Melbourne.
The Bombers are currently seventh and have won their past two, including a six point victory over Box Hill that kept the Hawks off the top of the ladder.
It’ll be the ‘Scray’s first trip to Windy Hill this year before they wrap up the home and away season with a home game against Williamstown next Saturday afternoon.
