While the Western Bulldogs have been up on the Sunshine Coast for their annual training camp, 40 young leaders were on a camp of a different kind as part of the Club's youth leadership program.
The Western Bulldogs Leadership Project, formerly known as The Whitten Project, hosted 'Camp Bulldog' at Urban Camp in Parkville.
Travelling from as far afield as Castlemaine, Horsham and Rainbow, the budding young leaders spent time with Bulldogs ruckmen Tom Campbell and Tim English, and AFLW players Lauren Spark and Elyse Gamble before spending the night under the stars.
Participant Lana said she would love to do it again if given the opportunity.
"I had such a great time at Camp Bulldog and I actually feel like my confidence has grown a lot in such a short span of time," she said.
