The LeasePlan Western Bulldogs played host to Channel 7’s Sunrise program on Monday 7th May, exposing the Club’s red white and blue brand to over 500,000 of Sunrise’s viewers.

The first cross back into the Sunrise studios took place just after 6.00am with Sunrise Sports Anchor Mark Beretta interviewing a variety of Western Bulldogs members and players throughout the morning including Senior Coach Rodney Eade, Brad Johnson, Daniel Giansiracusa, Jason Akermanis, Paul O’Shea, Andrejs Everitt, Malcolm Lynch, Josh Hill and Brennan Stack.

A number of community based partners were also involved on the day, further strengthening the Club’s reputation as the community club of the AFL.

The highlight of the morning was the announcement that Sunrises’ weather reporter, Monique Wright, has become the newest member of the Western Bulldogs when she was presented with her membership kit.
