The Western Bulldogs will welcome Alex Keath back to the side for Friday night’s ANZAC Appeal match against Fremantle at Optus Stadium.

Keath missed Gather Round through concussion protocols after being subbed out in the Richmond win, and since has been cleared to face the Dockers.

Toby McLean has also retained his spot in the team, elevated to the starting 22 at the expense of Mitch Hannan.

McLean was activated as substitute last weekend, replacing Josh Bruce (ribs) in the third quarter against Port Adelaide.

Friday night’s match will also mark McLean’s 100th career game – a feat worth celebrating for the Premiership Bulldog, given his misfortune with long-term injury in recent years.

The four emergencies are Lachie McNeil, Jordon Sweet, Buku Khamis and Hannan, with one to be confirmed as this week’s substitute an hour before the first bounce.

The game will begin at 8.10pm AEST (6.10pm local time) tomorrow night, and be broadcast live via Channel 7, Fox Footy and Kayo.
