Lukas Webb continued his strong VFL form last week, picking up another 25 touches in Footscray’s four point win over Essendon at Victoria University Whitten Oval on Friday night. Webb continues to press his case for a recall to senior team, averaging 28 disposals, four marks and five inside 50s per contest over six games this season.
Tom Liberatore is averaging eight tackles and twenty touches in three games despite a heavy tag, while Mitch Honeychurch has picked up where he left off last season with 23 disposals, four marks and four tackles per game.
Tom Campbell’s 40 hitouts on the weekend lifted his season average to 30, eight more than last season, while his 14 touches, four marks, three inside 50s and a goal a game are almost identical to last season’s numbers.
