A quartet of emerging Bulldogs will get their chance at senior level this week, with four changes made to the side to take on Melbourne.

Mitch Honeychurch will play his debut game on Sunday, while half-back Sam Darley has also been named for his first game at the Club, since being traded at the end of 2013.

2012 draftees Lachie Hunter and Jake Stringer round out the inclusions to the side and will bring some firepower up forward, after building confidence and form in the VFL.

Jarrad Grant also comes out of the selected side due to a virus, while Fletcher Roberts has been added to the team as an emergency.

Tall timber Tom Campbell and rookie elevation Jack Redpath have also been named as emergencies for Sunday’s game.

Grant will be joined by Ryan Griffen (back), Jordan Roughead (shoulder) and Daniel Giansiracusa (suspension) on the sidelines.

The Bulldogs will face Melbourne on Sunday 29 June 2014 at Etihad Stadium, preceded by the annual Women’s clash curtain raiser between the two sides.
