The Western Bulldogs almost came away with a full house in the round 18 AFL Coaches’ Association votes, with Andrew Gaff the only West Coast Eagles player rating a mention.
Led by Luke Dahlhaus, who received a maximum ten votes for his 29 disposals, four goal game, six other Bulldogs players received votes in the 22-point win.
Adam Cooney awarded six votes after amassing 30 disposals or more in consecutive weeks, as well as five clearances and a goal.
Also earning six votes was playmaker Robert Murphy, impressing with 29 possessions at 86.2% efficiency and providing plenty of run and carry across the ground.
50-gamer Tom Liberatore stood up in his milestone game, boasting six tackles in the first quarter alone – finishing with 12 tackles and four votes from the coaches.
A three goal haul to Jarrad Grant saw him in the mix with one vote while the continued class and composure exhibited by Ryan Griffen also saw him sneak on to the board.
Griffen’s form this season sees him fall in sixth place on the AFLCA Coaches’ Votes leaderboard, with six games remaining.
