By the Numbers:
Playing two games in the VFL before progressing to the senior ranks, Williams relished the shift forward averaging six marks per game. The 26-year-old collected 15 disposals on average kicked the most goals in a season despite the restricted game time.
Season Highlight:
Williams looked solid in his return to senior football despite playing in unfamiliar territory in the forward line. He took eight marks against Hawthorn in round 16, as well as 12 disposals and three inside 50s.
Pre-Season Focus:
Williams will be looking to regain full confidence in his body and get himself into top physical shape for season 2013. Time spent working with the forward line coaches will be beneficial with the likeliness of a permanent move forward next year.
