Western Bulldogs key defender Lauren Spark has been ruled out of the 2021 NAB AFLW season, with scans confirming a severe high ankle injury.

Spark sustained the injury during Sunday’s VFLW win over Hawthorn.

She will undergo an operation later in the week.
