WESTERN Bulldogs coach Rodney Eade says there is a 60 per cent chance his side will enter Friday night's preliminary final against St Kilda with an unchanged line-up.
Key defender Tom Williams looks to be the only possible inclusion after returning from a broken foot in the VFL on Saturday.
Eade said Williams' case was helped by the fact the Saints had a tall forward structure, including captain Nick Riewoldt and Justin Koschitzke.
"He's pulled up well. He's in the mix and we'd be prepared to play him," Eade said from Whitten Oval on Tuesday.
"We've just got to work out the balance of the side and we'll decide today or tomorrow.
"He was a little bit rusty at Williamstown but he played 75 per cent of game time and I thought he did some good things, especially in a side that didn't play very well.
"It's a big ask for Brian (Lake) and (Dale) Morris so Tommy, in that situation, could give them a lot of chop-out.
"Hit fitness is reasonably good."
Eade said Dylan Addison and Josh Hill were outside chances to regain their spots, but was mindful of their recent performances at both levels.
"Young players have got to learn that these things are picked on form," he said.
"Brad Dick at Collingwood was dropped the previous week, went back and kicked five goals and got himself a finals chance.
"I think that's a good lesson for all young players."
Ruckman Will Minson did little on Tuesday because of a stubbed toe, but is expected to train on Thursday at the MCG.
Midfielder Ryan Griffen trained strongly and looked completely over the calf contusion he picked up in last Friday night's semi-final against the Brisbane Lions.
"If he wasn't OK he wouldn't be able to train, so he's fine," Eade said.
Andrejs Everitt, Wayde Skipper, Easton Wood, Addison and Hill also trained with the senior side given Williamstown's season was ended by Collingwood on the weekend.
