Jason Johannisen sits in third place on the AFLCA Player of the Year leader board after again finding himself amongst the votes on Saturday night.

Johannisen was one of six Bulldogs who the senior coaches deemed the standout players from the weekend, his nine votes following on from a five-vote performance the previous week against the Dockers.

Lachie Hunter’s 35 disposals earned him eight votes and Marcus Adams, Robert Murphy and Tom Liberatore were each awarded four votes.

Liam Picken rounded out the vote-getters with one.
