Three changes have been confirmed for the Western Bulldogs side to take on Hawthorn this Sunday, with Tom Williams, Robert Murphy and Ryan Hargrave included in the 22.
Patrick Veszpremi, Daniel Pearce and Jarrad Grant have been named as emergencies after initially being named on an extended bench.
