Prismall appointed to Player Wellbeing role
The Western Bulldogs today announced the appointment of Brent Prismall as its Player Wellbeing Coordinator.
Prismall will fill the position vacated by recent rookie draftee Brett Goodes and will work closely with the Club’s playing list, with a focus on supporting younger players’ transition to an elite sporting environment.
General Manager of Football, James Fantasia said Prismall’s AFL experience along with strong leadership qualities make him a good fit to role.
“Brent is a very capable young man and will be instrumental in working with our playing list and in particular our younger playing group.
“We believe we’ve brought another quality person into our organisation and look forward to seeing Brent flourish in his new role,” Fantasia said.
Prismall will continue playing football in 2013, lining up for Bulldogs affiliate Williamstown.
