The Western Bulldogs forward line will have a slightly different flavour in 2014 with Stewart Crameri adding to the Club’s goal kicking mix.
Leading the Essendon goal scoring tally for the past three consecutive years, the big bodied forward officially became a Bulldog today and will add a new element to the Club’s attack.
Playing 16 games in 2013, Crameri averaged almost two majors per game and scored multiple goals in half of his outings - including a six goal haul against Melbourne in round two.
The 25-year-old also contributed in the forward half with 13 goals assists for the year (ranked fourth at Essendon) and almost three inside 50s per game.
While the 57-gamer’s potency in front of the big sticks is a major coup for the Bulldogs, Crameri’s endurance and bursts of pace will also be valuable around the ground with his flexibility to push up the ground.
