The Footscray Bulldogs will be searching for their third-straight win when they host Geelong at VU Whitten Oval on Sunday afternoon.
The ‘Scray has named an extended 31-man squad for the game, which will be trimmed following the confirmation of the AFL team on Friday afternoon.
Footscray will be without key tall Ryan Gardner, who was called up to the AFL, and midfielder Lukas Webb, who was injured at training on Thursday.
The Bulldogs sit in second position on the VFL ladder with five wins and a draw from seven games, while the Cats have three wins from seven and are coming off a 77-point win over Coburg.
The Western Bulldogs VFLW team will play prior to the VFL match, also against Geelong, from 11:30am at VU Whitten Oval.
