On track to break the Club’s all-time membership record, the Western Bulldogs surpassed their 2014 membership total on Thursday afternoon.
Passing the milestone over 10 weeks ahead of last year, the 2015 total as its stands ranks third in the Club’s history.
In 2010 the club set its all time membership record of 34,893, on the back of successive preliminary finals appearances.
The Club’s membership tally of 32,125 in 2011 ranks as the Club’s second best on record.
Following a strong start to season 2015, captain Bob Murphy has been bouyed by the vocal support the red, white and blue faithful had provided.
“On and off the field, the Bulldogs are a family, and to have the unwavering support of the red, white and blue faithful, week-in and week-out, you just can’t beat it.
“As Club we’re in a great place. There’s a hunger amongst the players, and we want our fellow Bulldogs to join us for the ride.
“To those kindred Bulldogs spirits that are yet to come back, we want to share this journey with you.
“I’m excited by the road that lies ahead for this group, and we want to travel it with you.”
Memberships start from as little as $50 for adults and $25 for juniors. To join, or for further information, call 1300 46 36 47 or go to membership.westernbulldogs.com.au.
