The Footscray Bulldogs are anticipating a tight contest on Saturday against ladder leader Port Melbourne at North Port Oval.
The Bulldogs have won their past three outings and are building form heading into the second half of the season.
But Footscray face tough competition in Port this weekend who have dropped just one game in 2014, last week against a determined Geelong outfit.
A 31-man extended squad has been named ahead of Sunday’s clash, with the number to be reduced to 23 before the first bounce.
The game has been nominated as an ABC TV match and will be broadcast live, with the match scheduled for 1:10pm.
