Mitch Wallis has jumped up the Western Bulldogs leader board after collecting nine votes in round 19 AFLCA Champion Player of the Year award.

Wallis collected nine votes from Luke Beveridge and Ken Hinkley and has jumped to second place, one vote behind captain Bob Murphy.

Wallis picked up 28 disposals, 16 contested possessions and seven clearances and seven inside 50s.

Marcus Bontempelli collected five votes for his 25-disposal game while Matthew Boyd and Jake Stringer both shared four apiece.

Fremantle’s Nat Fyfe and Sydney’s Dan Hannebery continue to hold their lead as first and second on the overall leader board.
