Dogs get first crack at Giants

The Bulldogs will take on the GWS Giants and then back-up against Collingwood, before sitting out the last game of the pre-season triple-header.

The GWS Giants will host the Bulldogs and Collingwood at Blacktown International Sportspark on Saturday, February 18th.
The NAB Cup has again adopted a triple-header format for the first round of the preseason competition after its success in 2011.
The format includes three shortened games played between three teams over one sitting before reverting to single matches in Round 2.
Carlton is next in line to play the Bulldogs, with the Round Two clash scheduled for Sunday the 4th of March at Etihad Stadium.
The Bulldogs will then head to North Ballarat to face North Melbourne on Sunday the 11th of March and further progression into the NAB Cup Competition will be dependent on the results.
The Round One NAB Cup match order is as follows:
February 17, Etihad Stadium from 6.45pm:
Richmond v North Melbourne, North Melbourne v Hawthorn and Richmond v Hawthorn
February 18, Blacktown from 7.15pm:
Greater Western Sydney v Western Bulldogs, Western Bulldogs v Collingwood and Collingwood v Greater Western Sydney
February 19, Patersons Stadium from 4.45pm local:
West Coast v Essendon, Fremantle v Essendon and West Coast v Fremantle
February 24, Etihad Stadium from 6.40pm:
St Kilda v Sydney Swans, Geelong v Sydney Swans and St Kilda v Geelong
February 25, Metricon Stadium from 6.10pm local time: Gold Coast v Melbourne, Brisbane Lions v Melbourne and Gold Coast v Brisbane Lions
February 26, AAMI Stadium from 2.40pm local time: Port Adelaide v Carlton, Adelaide v Carlton and Port Adelaide v Adelaide
