Dickson displayed a strong work rate and managed 25 goals in the VFL, despite missing more than half the season.

Injury-free, Dickson will be looking to work hard over the off-season and push for more chances in the senior side in 2015 and add to his career tally of 34 games.

The stat that mattered:

Dickson kicked three goals in his second AFL match of the season, showing he is an accurate, goal scoring option at the level.

What they said:

“I watched a lot of AFL games in my rehab and watched specific players and just the unselfishness of a lot of them.

“I took a bit out of that – the workrate, team defence, just do everything I can for the team so the team plays better… and hopefully the rest will take care of itself.” – Dickson following his return from injury.
