Footscray will be looking to make it three in a row when they face Essendon at Windy Hill on Sunday afternoon.
After successive wins over North Ballarat and Port Melbourne, the Bulldogs are sitting in seventh place on the VFL Ladder, equal on points with the fifth-placed Bombers.
The clash with the Dons will be the final game ahead of the bye round, before the 'Scray return home to VU Whitten Oval to face Williamstown in Round nine on Sunday, June 5.
