Two Bulldogs will go head-to-head in voting for the Round 19 Coates Hire Goal of the Year award.
Marcus Bontempelli and Jake Stringer have both been nominated for the prize alongside Hawthorn’s Luke Breust.
Bontempelli’s left-foot snap came in the second quarter against Port Adelaide, after bringing the ball to ground from a marking contest and crumbing his own ball.
Stringer’s miraculous over the head kick came in the final minutes of the match after a long bomb from Redpath to the goal square saw the ball land in Stringer’s hands at the back of the pack.
Stringer’s nomination is his third for the year after getting the nod in rounds eight and 12, he was the weekly winner of the award in round 12.
Bontempelli was the weekly winner in round 15, with this nomination his second for the year.
