A little girl was going to a party. She has a tiger called Sloppy and he wanted to go too but he always makes a mess everyday. He was allowed to come to the party but he destroyed everything. In the end he got a ball which he thought was a balloon. I give the book an eight out of ten because I don't like the pictures.
