Emerging midfielder-forward Patrick Lipinski has re-signed with the Western Bulldogs for a further two seasons.
The 20-year-old, who was due to come out of contract at season’s end, will now call VU Whitten Oval home until at least the end of 2021.
Lipinski, a lifelong Bulldogs supporter, said he was excited to re-commit to the Club.
“It’s a great feeling to have signed until the end of 2021,” Lipinski said.
“There’s a lot of faith they've put in me and I’m really happy to stay here at the Club.
“I’ve got a lot of good relationships with all the players and staff, so I couldn’t think of anywhere else I’d want to be.”
Lipinski has played 18 AFL games across his first two seasons, after being recruited by the Bulldogs with pick 28 in the 2016 NAB AFL Draft.

General Manager of List and Recruiting, Sam Power, said the Bulldogs were pleased to re-sign Lipinski.
“Pat’s development over the past two seasons has been very encouraging,” Power said.
“It was great to see him exposed to regular AFL football last year, and we are confident he can build on his efforts again this year.
“Pat is an exciting young player who offers plenty of versatility. He has shown he can play as a forward or on the wing, he uses the ball well by foot and has a strong running capacity.
“He’s still got a lot of growth in his game, and we’re looking forward to watching him develop into a really consistent player for the Bulldogs over the next couple of years.”
Lipinski said he was determined to keep improving alongside the Club’s talented, young playing list.
“Having all the young boys, we’re all pretty close together, so seeing each other grow and get better is pretty encouraging,” Lipinski said.
“It is a great group of young talent, so hopefully we can do some good things this year and in the coming years, but I guess time will tell.
“For me personally, (the goal is) just to keep improving and cementing my spot in the AFL team would be ideal.
“For the team, obviously we hope to play finals again and recapture some of that good form that we had at the back-end of last year where we were pretty promising.”
