Trent Bianco has been selected in the Smithy’s VFL State Team for this weekend’s AAMI State Game against the SANFL.
He is the only Bulldogs’ representative in the 23-player side.
Since crossing to the Kennel, Bianco has been a consistent performer across the first two weeks of Footscray’s VFL season – averaging 22 disposals, five marks and three tackles.
The team features many of the best VFL-listed players, with AFL-listed players and rookies not eligible to be selected.
Box Hill Hawks coach Zane Littlejohn will coach, with Steve Daniel (Southport), Ben Hudson (Brisbane Lions) and Adam Skrobalak (Port Melbourne) to serve as assistants.
The full team can be viewed below.
