Western Bulldogs midfielder James Harmes has been handed a one-match ban by the MRO after an incident in Sunday’s round one clash against Melbourne.
The incident involving Demon Steven May in the fourth quarter was assessed as Headbutting, and graded as Intentional Conduct, Low Impact, High Contact.
As a first offence, Harmes can accept a one-match sanction.
The Club will not challenge the suspension, meaning he will be unavailable for selection against Gold Coast this weekend.
