The Western Bulldogs have re-drafted pair Lachie McNeil and Taylor Duryea via the AFL Rookie Draft on Wednesday afternoon.
After snaring five players through the National Draft over the past two days, the Dogs used their selections to commit to the reliable duo.
Duryea played 20 matches in 2023, averaging 12 touches and four marks a game, while also sitting in the teams’ leadership group.
McNeil has played 42 games across three seasons, showing versatility across the midfield and forward lines.
Ryley Sanders, Jordan Croft, Joel Freijah, Lachlan Smith and Aiden O’Driscoll will join the remaining squad members to begin training at VU Whitten Oval in the coming days.
