Western Bulldogs staff were on hand giving away merchandise, including hats and posters, to a few lucky fans.

Leading Senior Constable Craig Spicer, Community Liaison Officer at Footscray Police, said the day was designed to provide of fun  for everyone in the local community.

“It was great to see so many residents at the street party celebrating the success of the Western Bulldogs so far this year," he said.

Local residents were encouraged to swap their showerheads through CityWest Water's exhange program, while a c
ollection by World Visionhelped raised money for the relief efforts following the Burma cyclone and China earthquake.
