The Western Bulldogs are back on the winner’s list after recording their second victory in the 2023 VFLW season against Darebin on Sunday.

Wearing the new Indigenous guernseys to align with the AFL’s Sir Doug Nicholls Round, the Bulldogs bolstered four goals in the opening term to set the tone in the 7.12 (54) to 3.2 (20) contest.

An electrifying performance opened the first, with Dominique Carbone and Jaimi Tabb hitting the scoreboard back-to-back in the first two minutes of the match.

The form continued with debutant Pamela Amber slotting a set shot to record her first VFLW goal in the red, white and blue.

Sarah Skinner and Tallia Pulcino were next with one major apiece to join the Bulldogs’ individual scorer list before half-time.
