Western Bulldogs senior coach Nathan Burke is set to reach an elusive milestone this weekend, reaching 400 total games played and coached.
Burke has coached 33 AFLW games since taking over the helm ahead of the 2020 season, claiming victory in 14 of those matches so far.
He has also played 323 AFL matches for St Kilda, 11 state-of-origin matches, two international rules games and 31 pre-season games, which brings his total to 400 games collectively.
Remarkably, the milestone will come up against his former club St Kilda in this weekend’s Pride match.
It will also be the second time Burke coaches against his daughter, Alice, who wears the number three for the AFLW Saints.
The Bulldogs and Saints will go head-to-head in Pride Round from 1.10pm AEDT on Sunday afternoon.
Tickets to the clash at MARS Stadium are available here.
