From their 12 games, the Bulldogs have outscored their opponents by 77 points collectively in opening terms alone – kicking 46.44 (320) to 36.27 (243) to win eight of those terms.
Their second quarters have been much more even – recording 211 points both for and against – while the third terms again fall in the Dogs’ favour.
Beating their opposition by a combined 67 points in the second-last stanza, the Bulldogs have won seven of those third-quarter battles.
The Dogs’ closing quarters are also relatively positive, slotting 43.33 (291) to their opponents’ 36.33 (249), but the final term is also where the Dogs have ended up conceding the greatest score overall.
Their greatest output so far has come in the first quarter of their round five clash against North Melbourne, slotting eight goals and three behinds.
