The Western Bulldogs currently hold National picks 21, 29, 37 and 74 for the upcoming NAB AFLW Draft, after the updated indicative order was released by the AFL following the 2022 Sign and Trade period.
Those selections equate to picks 10, 15, 20 and 41 in the Victorian-based Draft.
The Bulldogs were able to significantly improve their Draft hand through some savvy trading over the last fortnight, while bringing in exciting young talent in Millie Brown (Geelong) and Daisy Bateman (North Melbourne) from other clubs.
Those moves offset the loss of Bonnie Toogood, Ellyse Gamble and Brooke Lochland to expansion teams, and Izzy Huntington’s defection to GWS.
The final draft order is set to be released on Saturday, June 25, ahead of the NAB AFLW Draft on Wednesday, June 29.
