Pritchard was named one of the Bulldogs’ best-on-ground in their round 10 defeat to Brisbane, registering 14 disposals, five marks and two tackles.
It caps off a standout season for the 20-year-old, who was also named in the 22under22 squad of 40 players on Tuesday morning.
Pritchard, a former Western Jet, arrived at the Kennel with pick 16 in the 2020 national draft.
A Bulldogs’ supporter herself, she broke-through for her AFLW debut in round six last year, and has not missed a game since then.
She played junior football with Spotswood FC.
Pritchard joins Elisabeth Georgostathis (round seven) and Nell Morris-Dalton (round nine) as the Club’s three Rising Star nominees for season 2022.
All AFLW players born in 2001, 2002 or 2003 and who have not previously been nominated as a Rising Star qualify for consideration for the award.
Two players will be nominated per home and away round of the NAB AFLW season, with the overall winner to be announced at the W Awards on April 5.
