The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) is the world’s largest charitable supporter of type 1 diabetes and its one mission is to find a cure for juvenile diabetes.

As JDRF are a community partner of the Western Bulldogs, we would like to invite all Members and supporters to take part in this year’s JDRF ‘Walk to Cure Diabetes’.

‘Walk to Cure Diabetes’ is a fantastic family friendly event to enjoy a day at Albert Park Lake and of course to raise funds for juvenile or type 1 diabetes.

We encourage all members to attend this year’s ‘Walk to Cure Diabetes’ in their Bulldogs colours to show their support of our community partner.

Details of the event are as follows:
Date: Sunday 17 October 2010
Time: Event opens 9.00am with the walk commencing at 10.30am
Location: Albert Park Lake, Aughtie Drive South Melbourne
