Dom Milesi joined the Bulldogs as National Recruiting Manager at the start of 2020.

The highly-regarded recruiter arrived at the Bulldogs with 15 years of experience in the AFL, with Hawthorn and Collingwood.

Milesi had been a key member of the Magpies’ list management team since 2008, in various recruiting, talent identification and opposition analysis roles.

He also held recruiting and opposition analysis roles with the Hawks.

Milesi also has a degree in economics and finance. Prior to working full time in football, he worked at Deloitte and for the Department of Treasury & Finance in the Victorian Government as an economist.
