To mark the launch of the Western Bulldogs' Sons of the West men's health program, the Club is hosting a FREE Men's Health Expo this Sunday at Victoria University Whitten Oval.

Kicking-off next month, Sons of the West is a FREE 12 week program aimed at increasing men's health awareness and general health, designed specifically for men aged 18 years or over living or working in the West of Melbourne.

If you are a bloke living or working in Melbourne's West and you want to improve your health while having some fun with your mates come along to the Men's Health Expo this Sunday at Whitten Oval between 11am and 3pm to sign-up to the program and get your free health check.

Sons of the West Ambassadors Tony Liberatore, Doug Hawkins and Steve Kretiuk will be making appearances throughout the Expo, with loads of giveaways and activities for families - so bring them along too.

Jamie's Ministry of Food will be delivering regular cooking demonstrations throughout the day and the Heart Foundation, Victoria  Problem Gambling Foundation, VicHealth, Victoria University, Quit and Beyond Blue will all have information booths on display.

There are some great giveaways and incentives for those who participate in the program including a free health show bag, health check, Bulldogs memberships and Bulldogs gear.

No boot camps; No marathons; No extremes. The program is tailored to be more fun than pain.
