Western Bulldogs forward Josh Bruce and midfielder Bailey Smith have been offered fines by the AFL Match Review Officer after incidents in Sunday’s win against North Melbourne.

Bruce was charged with engaging in a melee during the first quarter.

It was classified as a $2,500 fine as a second offence.

Bruce can accept a $1,500 sanction with an early guilty plea.

Smith was charged with rough conduct for a dangerous tackle on North’s Ben Cunnington in the second quarter.

The incident was assessed as careless conduct, low impact and high contact.

It was classified as a $3,000 fine as a first offence.

Smith can accept a $2,000 sanction with an early guilty plea.
